Terms of sale

Two documents, one order.

Every order with Soltrac is placed on the basis of our quotation. The General Conditions of Sale and Delivery (GCS-02) apply to all deliveries; the Special Conditions of Sale (SCS-03) set out the product-specific terms for GaAs cells, GaAs cell strings and Si-Core ST102 modules and are signed per order. Both documents are in English.

How an order comes about

  1. Request. You send us your requirement via the contact form or a product configurator. With a product request we prepare the Special Conditions with the company data you enter; nothing is ordered at this point.
  2. Quotation. We come back with a quotation stating products, prices, lead time and shipping, together with the GCS-02 and the SCS-03 prepared with your company data.
  3. Signature. The Special Conditions are signed electronically by an authorised signatory on your side and countersigned by us.
  4. Order confirmation. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation; the first instalment (50 %) is then due by bank transfer, the second within fourteen days of delivery.
  5. Delivery. Production, testing and shipment follow the Special Conditions; the test records specified there are delivered with the products.
